Tornado alley

Our first over cast day of the summer! Was a great day! Stopped at a diner I got some chocolate chip pancakes then we hid in a ditch from tornados, then we biked to Oklahoma then Missouri then back to Oklahoma we saw some buffalos went for a swim and saw a nice sunset complete with a moondance! Here some pictures!

If was windy in case u couldn't tell by Chris holding on like a flag pole, we had our first tail wind of the trip! It was like a 20mph wind that carried us the whole state of Missouri which was only 10miles for us.

race you to 100!

A few days ago I challenged ed our fastest rider to a race! He didn't know till about 20miles in by that point I was at around mile 40. Here's a video journal of the day or at least the 1st one for now!

Long overdue pictures

I have internet for the first time in a while so I'm going to post some pictures and write a recap of the past 3weeks!

Me standing in Cameron Area at Duke Uni. in Durham NC

Oli looking very European with the high tights I joined him later on of course
Our 1st Century ride! I won a race with Ed! there was some help from a Banana Peal however
Oli taking in the sites in the Smokey Mtns.
Our friend Edy the lonely boxer on the side of the road
ME! in the Appalachian mtns Hardest riding ever btw
Made it through one state! only took like 600 miles! I was pretty close to bonking that day but luckily the last like 5miles were all down hill.
500 miles seems like chump change now, but it was big at the time, we were on the blue ridge Parkway which is very scenic but it should also be noted that I have never shouted offensive obscenities as loudly or as frequently on any other road.
Sweeping with Ali, we stopped and took a dip in this lake! And we almost got shot for trespassing! no joke, I almost died in my speedo.
Beibs sneaking in a quick smooch

There will be more, fear not followers!
